Welcome to ConnectLA Housing |
|
We are pleased to announce the beta launch of the ConnectLA Housing website. ConnectLA seeks to accomplish two important goals with the website. The first goal is to create a “one-stop” location linking housing seekers and homeowners to a wide variety of housing information, resources, and services. Second, to create something that has not been previously—a web-accessible, centralized database of all affordable housing units in Los Angeles County! We understand that this is an ambitious undertaking, but thanks to our wonderful housing partners we are off to a great start and the ConnectLA Housing database now contains over 11,000 units.
Once completed, the ConnectLA Housing database will provide developers, advocates, public officials, and policy makers with up-to-date affordable housing data. Have you ever wondered how many large family housing units there are in the county? Or how many properties in the City of Los Angeles have both Low-Income Tax Credits and LAHD funding? With ConnectLA’s Reports feature you can generate these and many other reports with a click of the mouse! |

Estimates show that there are between 60,000 to 100,000 affordable units in Los Angeles County. We need the help of affordable housing developers, property managers, and funders in our effort to locate all of the units and add them to our database. The more units featured in the database, the better the reports are. If you are interested in having your affordable housing data included in ConnectLA Housing, please contact Kassandra Thomas-Wright, Program Manager at
